*Hikaru sat at her desk finishing her homework. She had just come from the Main Sohma house and she couldnt keep what had happened out of her mind. The scene flashed continously through her mind.* Beginning of flashback: Hikaru: I dont want this job!! I didnt even know I could do it till I got that boy! Marcey: Well thats too bad you're gonna have to deal with it... Hikaru: But erasing memories is so mean! Marcey: Well you dont have a choice either way do you? Hikaru: I guess not...but just promise me you wont tell anyone else. Marcey: Of course I wont! Dont wrry about that! End of Flashback *HIkaru stopped doing her homework and put her hands on her head.* 'This is too much!' She thought to herself. 'I cant do this! I dont have the heart to!' *Hikaru rested her head on the desk.*  ((im not sure if only the dragon could only erase memories but I thought it would be a good twist.)) |

Kairi dragged herself down the hallway after cram school. Her backpack banged against the wall as she walked but she didn't notice. She yawned and glanced over her hand into Hikaru's room. She frowned, 'Hiki-kun looks frustrated....' "Hiki-kun?" She walked tentatively into the room. "You ok?"

"I know." Kairi reached over and mussed up Hikaru's hair. "But we're not living there now so they can have all the fun they want. And don't worry too much, everything'll turn out all right somehow. Everyone gets sick." She sighed. "So here's my look on life: Don't _ever_ 'waste time' or 'kill time'. Just love the time you get and do all you can to make the most of it." She shrugged, "I guess I'm trying to say that maybe you should go see your mom."

Get you ass down here! what the hell do you want to eat?!" she yelled up the stairs then turned to Kairi, "what do you want for dinner tonight?" She asked sweetly.
